Where are you located?
Our home based studio address is 19 Largo Crescent, Nepean, ON. The studio entrance is in the back of the property, it will be the last door on the left on the back porch. The studio entrance is marked with a sign on the door.
What are your hours?
We are open Tuesday to Saturday 12pm-6pm and closed Sunday/Monday.
Do you accept walk ins?
At this time, we serve clients by appointment only.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Payment is by e-transfer only.
I have ideas for a custom order, can I send you pictures of my design?
Yes, please email us at email@example.com with your pictures and a detailed overview of the custom order you have in mind and we can provide a quote. Please note that at this time we are not taking custom orders for dresses.
Why do I have to buy my own materials for custom orders?
Custom pieces can get quite expensive. We ask clients to provide their own fabric, accessories, zippers and materials to help reduce the final cost. This way you know exactly what materials your order is being made from, and in turn we offer our services at a reasonable rate and only charge for labour.
Do you have any recommendations on where to buy fabric/materials?
We recommend local fabric stores like Fabricland or C & M Textiles in the Nepean area, though there are lots more places you could look in to for materials in Ottawa. Try starting here.
I need my order done the next day. Is that possible?
Currently we take one week to complete all orders unless a different date is agreed upon between us and the client. If you need a rush order, please give us a call at 613-220-0168 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer any refunds on services already provided. If you have any concerns with the services provided, you are welcome to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
